In-network provider with Aetna and BCBS. Please note that being in-network does not guarantee payment of services, and it is your responsibility to understand your plan's benefits. I do not bill insurance for couples therapy.​

For all other insurance plans - I partner with Thrizer to make therapy more affordable for clients using out-of-network insurance benefits. Instead of paying my full session fee upfront and waiting for reimbursement, you’ll only pay your portion of the cost, and Thrizer will handle the rest. On average, clients save 70% upfront. Without using insurance - The out-of-pocket cost is $175 for individual sessions and $200 for couples sessions, each lasting 55 minutes. Longer sessions and Therapy Intensives (half or full-day) are available upon request and are often beneficial.

Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged at the full rate, unless the slot can be filled. This policy does not apply to cancellations due to illness or emergencies.
